Dr. Dan Tomasulo is author of Learned Hopefulness: The Power of Positivity to Overcome Depression, with @NewHarbinger, chosen by @VeryWellMind, as the best “hopeful” book on depression for 2022. He has has been honored by Sharecare as one of the top ten online influencers on the issue of depression, he is also the Academic Director and core faculty member at the Spirituality Mind Body Institute, Teachers College, @Columbia University, and holds a Ph.D. in psychology, MFA in writing, and a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania–where he is also an assistant professor to Martin Seligman.
